My work there? Designing systems that actually worked — aligning cross-functional teams, streamlining performance, and unlocking scalable impact for global pharmaceutical and health brands across search, video, display, and emerging platforms.

But after years of building other people’s dreams — including one of my own dream companies — I made the leap. I founded SWM Consulting to bring big-brand strategy to growing businesses. And to create a model that supported my clients and my daughters — whose initials inspired the name, and whose courage inspired the leap.
